Rd, Bath at 8pm. We cater for all types of birds. We have 2 members shows a year and a
open show on the 4th Saturday in October every year. We have approx 60 members.

Colchester Cage Bird Society is a mixed bird club and holds meetings
every third thursday of the month except December, in Stanway Village Hall, Villa Road,
Stanway, Colchester, ESSEX
We have Speakers ranging from Veterinary Surgeons, Bird Breeders or even the Police
talking about there relevant topics. we also hold table shows and competitions for members
most months whereby the winners receive medals and rosettes for there efforts.
All ages are catered for with the club holding its 70th Annual Open Show in November 2007.
Our Annual members show is held in late September each year.
Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in birds, in fact we hve members who do
not even have birds!! Included within your Annual Subscription of £7 is a
Membership Card which entitles its owner to Trade Discounts to all animal feeds at a local
seed mill/ distributor.
Each month a seed/accessory company are in attendance who supply there products at
discounted prices to our members. |
